Global Rescue Mobile App app for iPhone and iPad

The Global Rescue mobile app puts critical medical, security and other essential travel information at your fingertips. In an emergency, it also puts you in immediate contact with the critical care paramedics and military special operations veterans who staff our global operations centers.

Features include:
Emergency Notification – A one-touch emergency button instantly alerts the Global Rescue operations teams that you are in distress. If you receive a Global Rescue membership through your employer, you can also choose to alert them. One-touch dialing to our operations centers is also available.

Destination Reports – Detailed information on over 200 countries, including: health and security risk assessments, entry and exit requirements, exchange rates, important phone numbers, weather conditions and other essential information.

Real-time Alerts – Travelers can review real-time alerts delivering critical information on locations of interest. Global Rescue enterprise clients can configure their alerts by event severity, category and destination and immediately know which travelers are impacted.

Status and Location Updates – Allows you to “check-in” using your smartphone that you are okay and transmit your GPS coordinates to our operations teams and anyone else you designate.

In-App Text Messaging – Two-way text messaging with Global Rescue’s operations professionals who are standing by 24/7 to answer your questions.

Profile Management – Easy access to and management of your Global Rescue profile. If you receive Global Rescue through your employer, you can self register/login using your work email.

The app is designed to work with iPhone version 7 and above. For Emergency Notification and Check-In features, you must enable push notifications and location services on your device.
